FOX broadcast the Superbowl in 480p. It looked like crap. They are promoting it as their all digital widescreen presentation and it looked like crap.

This is a very bad thing.

They are trying to pass off this crap as being the new thing so they can sell off the rest of the bandwith allotted to them with multitasking rather than using the full bandwidth for High Definition.

Have I mentioned the Super Bowl looked like crap!!!

They need to kill this 480p experiment and go full 720p or 1080i.

This is absolutely ridiculous and there really is nothing we can do to stop Rupert Murdoch from doing this, but it\'s always fun to sign a petition.

For you clueles people who have no idea what I am talking about, just sign the thing!!!! It\'s good.

for some reason the scoreboard at the top of the screen was almost all the way off the screen for me. I have an old 19" tv though.
