How Much Have You Spent On PS2 Gaming?

I\'m bored and this forum is a bit dead at the moment so here\' somethin a bit different.

I got my PS2 when it was released, it cost £300. I bought a memory card for £25, 2 extra controllers for £40, a multitap for £30, DVD region x for £20, AR2 for £30, vertical stand for £10, rgb cable for £10 and many games, listed below:-

(The game prices are the rrp, not exactly what i paid cos i got them from amazon etc)

In total, that amounts to £1215 (british pounds)
That is equivalent to approx. $1825

That is a $hitload of money!! I never really noticed until i just added it up. I\'m just wonderin how much the rest of you have spent, i\'d like to know the average amount. The poll is in USD as there are more americans on the boards than other nations. Tell us what u spent all your hard earned cash on too!!

P.S - Hint for UK people, to convert £ into $, multiply the amount in £ by 3, then divide that by 2

thats 375$ base

i never paid more than 20$ for all my PS2 games except for FFX

i have 11 games so thats 220$ + 45+

375 + 265 = $640 + tax

I\'d probably say with the PS2 included $600-1000.  I have I think 10 PS2 games oh well guess I have a lot more than $1000 in PS2 merchandise.

I\'m supporting my PS2 habit and my a good portions of my stewp-sons so I\'d say somewhere in between the $1500 - $2000 range

I estimate about $1,710..

I got 21 games a memory card and 2 controllers...and of course the system!

So thats around $1500 :eek:

ive voted in the wrong section, i didnt relise i had to put the machine in aswell, i got 14 games so far, just say each was £40, then got a dvd region x= 15, scart=10, memeory card = 30, comes to about £915, but theres is most proberly something i forgot
