There is 3 expansions.. Ruins of Kunark, Scars of Velious and Shadow of Luclin and in the end of the year Planes of Power is comming. As a EQ virgin you dont need Scars of Velious. Not untill lvl 30+ at least. Ruins of Kunark let you play an extra race. The Iksar, a lizardman they are :) They look awesome. Kunark was also the expansion that raised the lvl 50 bar to 60. Shadow of Luclin is the newest expansion, will let you play a new race and a new class. The race is Vah Shir, some sort of cat people... personaly I think they look kinda silly. The new class is Beastlord.
Also in Luclin is a new Graphic engine, so if u buy Luclin.. the game will require at least 256MB Ram. If u dont plan to buy all expansion at once, I suggest Kunark or Luclin (if u have powerfull computer for it) as a 1st choice and Velious as the last... since it is much more dangerous continet to explore. The game is worth the cash,

I did some research. . .

EQ trilogy (The game itself + the first 2 expansion packs) = $29.99

Luclin expansion pack = $29.99

3 months of online play = $35.00

That\'s $94.98!!!!!

I need to start saving those pennies!

Wha, wha, the Vah Shir look silly?? I think they are amazing. Their proud stance.. And who wouldn\'t want to be a tiger, or a cheetah... Well. Agnino obviously :) I\'d make a Vah Shir if I had the expansion. And there\'s one huge bonus for the beastlords... The UBER :cute: warder!! A tiny little tiger running around after you... Awwwww!

Gahh, you know what? I made yet another character! I just cannot settle for 1... ok not even 3. :( So now I got 4 characters. I guess I\'m just testing to see what I like best. My newest creation is an enchanter. I got the spark to create one while grouping with a chanter, it was so great. And there\'s not too many chanters around. Btw I made her on Vivi\'s and Sublime\'s server ^_^ So you guys can twink me!! Yeah! You must! ;)

And I probably don\'t have any armor or weapons you can have BUT I have 100pp that I have no use for, and that has to get you something good.

See how bad my Luclin model looks, tho. :/ Really disappointed. You\'d expect she was at least blond like the original model.. Oh well. I think tomorrow I might go & buy Luclin myself. You can change the appearance right?

Awwww too bad I wasn\'t able to catch you online Vivi, my cute chanty would have loved 50 pp. :) Maybe some other time.

Stupid horse eh... I am definitely gonna buy a horse, one day ;)
