Oh I know they can test it, I just don\'t think they\'ve devised a cheap, easy way to do it. I agree about the taxation issue, but then again, we\'re allowed to roll our own cigs (I don\'t smoke cigs by the way), and to have micro-brews made in our homes. In some ways, I\'m almost afraid to see pot legalized. I can just see big businesses turning it into another cigarette fiasco - such as throwing in some additives used to form an addiction in the user.
In response to those who say stuff like, "Pot is illegal for a reason, it\'s harmful": That argument is completely invalid in my opinion. If it were valid, Ronald McDonald\'s stock would fall to about a penny. Not to mention the other endless chains and franchises who sell us processed cholesterol and fat in the shape of nuggets and burgers. Out with the Jolly Ranchers - if you eat too many of them, you could ruin your teeth. And so on, and so on.
Crystal meth is illegal because it will kill you. Now THAT\'S a valid argument.
