Sorry, but I have not been keeping up with all the gaming news in the past few months so tell me something.

Is the Playstation series really supposed to go all the way up to 9. Is this confirmed. I have friends telling me this but I find this a little wack and incredibly hard to believe.  Think I\'ll get the opinion of ppl on this board so take it away...

It was just an advertisement.
It was Sony\'s way to say "we\'re here to stay, deal with it" to both, gamers and Microsoft, that\'s all.

Anyway, no-one here will be playing with it until 2035 so... is it that important? ;)
Whatever

Yea, saw the comercial never really understood it though.

But that\'s good marketing by Sony.

It\'s hard to get older ppl to play videogames with u.

When ya do they always end up getting thier butts kicked anyway.

Who knows, by then Sony may have a new form of hardware and software.

I think the reason that older people don\'t play or don\'t like videogames is that they weren\'t brought up with them the way we were.
I am 26 years old, have recently got engaged and am currently moving into a house but I have no plans to suddenly give up playing games because I fit loosely into the category of an \'adult\'
Although my dad is quite gutted I am taking my PS2 cos he loves playing Tiger Woods!!
My name\'s Jim but my friends call me................Jim

No.. I just think that when I turn 18 I\'ll have so many things going on at once.. and I\'ll decide to chill on the video games for a while.. And I think when I do that, I won\'t go back.. lol..

But what do I know, I\'m not a "true" gamer.;)

When I was little, I like playing games.  Even try to find as many secrets there are in the demo.  Now, I only play demo for a while and doesn\'t bother to get the most out of the demo.  I have play video games shorter than before and have a slight loss in interest.  gosh, when I was a young kid to teen, I was energetic and have lots of time.  Now, I almost turn 18 next month and I feel like i didn\'t gets enough sleep.  I feel like to calm down and relax.  Unless there is a killer title (AAA like ffvii), then that\'s different.  But I still haven\'t totally lost interest in ps2.  my nephew like playing it a lot like when I was a kid.  I think i will have less time with videogames more as I get busier.
