It is. You can do a few mods (like I said in the 1. post) but then you have to get your car inspected from front to rear. For about $150.

What is it like in your countries ? Here we have to do an emission test and a car check every 2 years.

And here`s another example. For the Impreza there are those fog lamp covers, right? Can I use them ? NO, because mounted lights arnt allowed to be covered ... but there are plenty of cars that don`t even have fog lamps. Strange.
The new STI comes with covers but the lights are missing....

No emissions testing in Michigan....yet.

They had spoken about it a while back, but I don\'t think that it will happen for a long while.

I\'ve got a 95 Honda Del Sol in top condition, no mods yet (I just got it two weeks ago). I am adding a RockFord MP3 player this weekend, along with a new amp and speakers all around. After that, a cd changer, neon lights under the body, leather seats and glowlight dashboard. I also plan on putting a turbo in it come summer and a cool air intake, but that is gonna take some cash.
Guess it is time to start workin\' the overtime.

I my self happen to own a very nice pos. A 94 escort. But when i get the money, and if I can find one, I plan to get a 69\' or 71\' Ford Mustang boss w/ a 429. That or a Mach 1. Either would be fun.  But I am only 15 (I turn 16 in 11 days) so the insurance would be a killer. *sighs*
