canabis is rife even in the smartest universities, people with undoubtably high IQ\'s. it\'s a way to have fun. As long as you don\'t depend on it then there is nothing wrong.

Heh...okay. I think he intentionally misunderstood or intentionally was trying to be funny with my post. My reply, IMO, was clear in explaining that those "dependant" on a non-dependant drug are stupid. The "use" of it, does not mean you\'re stupid.

So lets get this st8, to be a "user" is to partake of the drug only once and a while, but to be an "addict", you use the drug all the time right? So could it be said that addicts "use" excessively?
