Good news for Brits and Sony!

PS2 Online Boost

Sony were handed a huge boost yesterday as British Telecom (BT) announced that substantially reduced pricing for Broadband, throughout the UK, was approaching.

No exact prices were announced, but the announcement claimed the service will be much cheaper, and available to a much wider audience.

Sony have not yet commented on the news, but industry insiders all over the world are claiming this is exactly what Sony need, to launch their Broadband gaming to instant success!

Is it as horribly expensive there as it was for Soulgrind in Australia(We miss you man! )?  I wonder what they consider substantially reduced.  For me that\'s like 50%, but it\'s prolly more like 15%-25%.  Oh well, cheers.

I think he went over his download limit and has to wait a month to get it clear. :(

Well, I\'ve got telewest broadband and pay £25 a month for it. Its not too bad tho because five of us share the cost and it is linked to three computers. This doesnt seem to slow it down tho, i suppose we all do stuff on it at different times...
