I wonder where these guys get their screens from? I doubt Infogrames or Eden Studios would release any screens in this quality...

Are these from the PS1 version???

I remember someone had pics from Tony Hawk 3, and they were the PS1 version.

18:24 Earlier today, in the depths of a Division 2 football team\'s modest stadium, Infogrames served up the first-ever public showing of the latest in its big-selling V-Rally franchise. V-Rally 3 marks the next-gen debut for Eden\'s off-road racer, and after a lengthy development period the game was finally on show in playable form, with most of the content in place.
Whereas V-Rally 2 went for a mass-market, arcade appeal, V-Rally 3 returns to its roots with more of an emphasis on simulation like the very first title in the series. The game is built around three modes of play: Time Attack, Challenge, and the mysterious V-Rally mode, more on which tomorrow.

Featuring 24 tracks (48 if you count mirrored courses) set across six countries (including Great Britain, Sweden, and Kenya), and a wide-range of beautifully realised rally cars, we certainly came away full of hope for the title. I doubt it\'s the PSX version (if their any), but the first sentence in the quote above indicate that those are very early scenes. After all, we\'ve seen better right? At least I hope that this is the case...

I am just dying for a Rally game on the PS2. I couldn\'t almost put up with bad graphics as long as the gameplay was solid.

And yes, I played GT3\'s rally mode, but I\'m talking about a Rally SIm.

Hmmmm, these look alittle too good to be GBA screens, but then they look too shocking to be PS2.

Hmm, does it give you the impression from reading the text that its a GBA game???

Are you saying this from experience?
I haven\'t played it but I asked about it on a F1 forum and lots of the guys there have been playing it for months.
They weren\'t too impressed.
I guess it\'s good graphically, but the problems were that it was too easy and kinda slow and short. Not a Rally sim, very Arcadey.

But if you played it and think it\'s good, I\'ll have to factor that in.

I have no idea when it\'s hitting the states, hopefully soon.
