Gamespot reviews VF4, and it got a...

I dunno what the hell some of u guys are complaining about. That pic looks great!! And just how many of you have actually PLAY the game??

I already have this game and it PLAYS and LOOKS great! Period!
And I wasn\'t even a VF fan prior to VF4.

This is how I rate the VF series so far.

VF1 - A total joke. The gameplay is weird and the blocky graphics was just no match for those raging 2D fighters in those days.

VF2- Actually play a lot of this game on my Saturn. It was quite okay but the high jumps are just ridiculous.

VF3- The arcade version looks great..the DC version...urghh...funny polygons plus the dodge button just didn\'t make it my day.

VF4-Finally, the perfect 3D fighter. Just seeing the thing in motion is a sight to behold. But the best part is the gameplay, AI and the removal of the dodge button blends everything to the perfect formula. I\'ve both TTT and DOA2 and I can safely said it trounces both to the ground in all aspects. Right now, it\'s my favorite 3D fighting game right on top with Soul Calibur(a very different game to VF4 but still tons of fun).

So, quite whining about a 9.3 or a 8.5 score and start playing the game!!

This game is INCREDIBLE!  I rank it with my 3 all time favorites TTT, DOA3, and Soul Calibur.  Now that I think about it Soul Calibur and VF4 just edge out DOA3 and Tekken Tag Tournament.  But ****!, Virtua Fighter 4 is so damn hard!  I thought VF3 for Dreamcast was hard.  I\'m getting my ass pounded to a pulp of ****!:(

Hey \'comon...  Developers don\'t make it more complicated than they have to. Even if a guy has wrinkles on his forehead does\'nt mean he\'s constructed with more polygons. It\'s just a texture. Polygons are used to form the structure not content. More polygons means smoother edges and (sexier) curves.
