I agree, wrestling is like a movie.  And one of the most important parts to a movie or a match is the plot, and the idea of the Rock and Hogan going at it, is Oscar quality.

I\'m bump\'n this up for people to talk about RAW.  I\'m watching the start of it right now, and the promo w/ Hogan is absolutley breath-taking.

Yea that guy was one of the developmental talents who trains in dark matches and in the developmental territories.  It\'s great to see him because that makes the upcoming extension look like it might actually get more guys on tv.

The show was great, though.  The crowd was really into it.  I told my girlfriend "Do you think we could\'ve started a \'na na na na, hey hey...\' chant?"  and then thirty seconds later they started doing it.

But the show was great and the countout was cool because they never do that and it keeps that hot match fresh for giving it away next week or on a ppv.

The draft will be compelling, McMahon\'s interview was actually good, everything came off the way Raw should be.  I\'m psyched going into Smackdown off a great PPV and Raw.  Seems like maybe someone lit a fire under the writing team\'s asses.

One guy said "Wrestlemania was a great end to an otherwise \'1000 monkeys at 1000 typewriters\' year for the WWF creative team."  So far so good.

It was like 5 minutes long.  Not enough close calls.  Not enough kickouts at the 2.5 count.  Not enough pin attempts, not enough submission attempts, no top rope moves.  I could go on...

Between 2 equally matched opponents the match should go back and forth and come close to each winning multiple times.  This is Wrestlemania, not RAW, not Smackdown.  They had all night to go at each other and ended it way too soon.

It\'s time to bring in Scott Steiner.

Yeah but the crowd is not why I watch wrestling.  It was a good match but I thought it could have been a lot better.  It should have been the main event really.

I still think King of the Ring is the best overall PPV of the year.
