/me gets VF4

so i get home from cd warehouse after paying 20$ for virtua fighter 4 and here\'s MY thoughts

1. open package
2. inspect disk for dust, lint, scratches, etc and realize im looking at BLUE and not silver.   hmmmmm, no DVD. :eek:
3. get over initial shock of not being on a DVD
4. relapse into shock of not being on a DVD
5. come to grips that its not the end of the world that its not a DVD and that god doesnt hate me afterall
6. put disk into PS2 and watch pretty cool intro
7. immediately start arcade mode and pick lei fei [shaolin monk]
8. NO ANALOG STICK SUPPORT!  d-pad only.  GRRRRRRRR!
9. play a few matches, sense a pattern emerging
10. realize im mashing buttons
11. play a few more matches
12.  still mashing buttons and winning
13.  press eject button
14. place GTA3 back in and resume "happy time"

man all im hearing is this is the greatest fighting game ever or something.

i was gonna rent it but blockbuster dont have it yet.

I personally like the dpad better than the analog for fighting games.. I\'m still getting this game, but don\'t know when.

MM, where is this cd warehouse...was it used? even Eb sell games thats newly release used game for like $45.99

MM I hate to say but there is no way you can get this game used for $20.   No NO WAY!!1   I went to SoftWare Etc. and seen a VF4 demo runing and did you notice on the players all those jaggies?   What the hell?    Yep the intro is cool!  When the Demo was runing I seen a fight in the beach level.   I can\'t believe the jaggies.

ebworld and funcoland are a frickin rip by selling them for 5$ off retail full price and claiming them used.  hah, i mock anyone who shops there

i get all my games there

oh and about jaggies on VF4, thats a known problem, although i didnt see any "blur", *cough*

I know you can buy used games for very less but VF4 just came out only less than a week and people are trading them in aready?   Even if VF4 with bad surface could sell for more than $20.  ?

there is a way to tell if it a genuine PS2 disk: look at the data part of the disk the are 4 or 5  PS logos you have to look at it it the right angle to see them but they are there.

some kid probably got it as a gift or stole it from someone / a store.  regardless, i get new games for dirt cheap

btw do u buy alot of these newly release games and sell it off ebay and make a loads of profit? jus wondering cuz thats what i would do.
