my reasons for buying a PS2


i  Bought a PS2 due to the reasons i played and loved Timesplitters ......Tekken Tag and SSX !

also i knew that the big on MGS2 was due for release on it along with Gran turismo 3 and Final Fantasy 10

Also i have a back catalouge of PSX games and the BACKWARDS compatablity iof the PS2 is Down Right SUPERB (playing MGS and VAGRENT Story with the smooth feature is almost worth the cost of the console alone)

finally i was very impressed with my PSX and loved the games on it so i stuck with Sony out of Brand Loyalty (why go anyware else when i know i am on to a good thing ?)


But above all this it was the gamplay of the new games that attracted me to the PS2. i still play most of my old PSX games along with my new PS2 games.

yeah... I mean the PG strategy is ...


M$ PR guy "ok why don\'t you make the CARS realy Shiny so that the gamers won\'t notice that the game is realy Bland !, i just came back form the Wreckless people and sujested the same there... they seamed to like it

oh and next season guys .. Blurry as Hell Backgrounds are in "

After playing Turok for N64 and the Bouncer for PS2 nothing is blurry for me...

Just another day in the world of the Console Debating forum, I guess.

Back on-topic, I don\'t care about TS2, no matter the system it\'s on.  But hopefully it\'ll live up to what the developers are promising.  Both the PS2 and the Gamecube could use a good AAA FPS soon.

5 year old game...are you crazy:laughing:  months and months of development...and what? PS2 fans complaining about the graphics of the XBox,how hilarious...when they have low res textures,horrible shimmering and jaggies after 2 years...you\'re pathetic 007:)

Halo and RL2 prove PS2 is the last gen machine! no offense for the word "inferior".
