So whats been the best game you played on PS2 so far?

Devil May cry, by far. If only it was a little longer - I am getting sick of games developers simply adding 100\'s of difficulty settings to make a game longer. Just make the game longer in the first place dammit! Still, this is a brilliant game.

Right now, 3 games really stand out from my collection :

Devil May Cry : Now THIS is what I want from a game nowadays, kickass action all the way through and no stupid cutscenes every 3 minutes. It also takes skill, which is good. And Dante is AGILE!!!!!! For god\'s sake, I can\'t play RE games ever again, ack. It just rawks like no other game on this world.

BurnOut : Another game for quick thrills and for those with skills, nigh on perfect for my tastes.

I seem to lack patience when it comes to games nowadays... I want instant gratification and fast paced thrills...

But Silent Hill 2 I still love, no matter what, a work of pure genius. The storyline just about wipes the floor with any opposition. Silent Hill as a place is just so damn... interesting, I wanna know more... bring on SH3!

Winning Eleven 5 Final Evolution- If you like Football (soccer) this is the best game you can play!!! AMAZING!!! And with the world cup just a couple of moths ahead I just can\'t stop playing this game.

GTA3- WOW!!! I always wanted a game like this!! I has everything you may want in a game.

MGS2- It was my fav before the release of GTA3 and WE5FE.

Have you seen the information on WE6? Here is some information on the improvements that it will have:

- release date: April 25th (along with the PsOne and GBA versions);
- the game will be on CD-Rom (no DVD yet);
- Master League with 40 club teams and 3 divisions;
- New graphic engine with up to 3x more animations than WE5FE;
- perfectly rendered players;
- shots and dribbles can be performed in high speed now;
- camera perspectives change in real time now (I wonder how THAT will be);
- the same players\' statistics scheme, only updated;
- besides buying players when playing the Master League mode, you will be able to "borrow" players from other teams (supposing you have the money to, of course);
- some skills and abilities can be developed during the league (that is, your players\' stats may change depending on how you play);
- now one can edit teams\' names and kits (thanks God!);
- new training mode full of new practices;
- real names for all of the teams, except for the Brazilian National
Team;
- intro movie over 2 minutes long;
- new Adidas ball, Fevernova, featured in the game.

Well a lot of you have mentioned Devil May Cry. I must admit I can\'t see what the fuss was about. At very best it was a good game. See my review for why I don\'t like it.

Winning eleven 6, now that sounds damn good, thanx for the Info mate. Should be around in Nov in europe, once they\'ve done all the changes etc. I really feel for you guys in the US, not being able to experience Pro Evo and all - suckas!!!!

Hey rich, dig the Impact records avatar m8.. used to play quite a bit back in the day. i\'m not sure if there still going.

Anyway, i\'ll give you my top 5 all time favourite PS2 games...

1) Ico
2) GTA3
3) GT3
4) Tony Hawks Pro Skater 3
5) SSX(Tricky)

There\'s loads of other games but i\'ll keep it down to a measly 5..

Ico has to be the most involving game i have ever played in my life.. it really grabbed me and should not be overlooked.

Please people, go out there and support the developers of Ico. it\'s absolutley beautiful.

One thing that i\'m still unsettled on with Ico, is that i\'d like to see a sequel to the game, but i think that it could never
hold upto the original. i think that it would be best left \'untarnished\' by a sequel that wasn\'t as good as it\'s predecessor.

I\'m hoping that sony will put more development effort into games like Ico, they have a strong place in the PS2\'s library.
Imho, ico feels like a true \'Third Place\'. once you get involved, your proper hooked.

I think what he means is these are the games that he loved, but there were some that he didnt like, which he hasnt listed. If these are games he didnt like, theres something wrong upstairs ajoh!!!!!
