Its starting to shape up.  I can see a difference between it and the demo.  Hopefully the one player is a big jump from the first one.

Well, i think that was their main aim for the sequel, nothin much needed to be done to multiplayer, but now we\'re gonna get more characters, maps, weapons etc, i really can\'t wait for this :D

YES! it is looking awesome!  I\'l probaly trade VF4 in for credit at Software ETC for TS2......I just cant get into VF4 for some odd reason.......

you mustn\'t have many friends :rolleyes:

apart from the fact that the single player should be a beefed up Goldeneye, i hope that the bots are harder.. it was too easy to rack up 100+kills in 5 mins in the original

not that that isnt fun of course  :)

because i dont know anyone with 2 - 3 friend who doesnt like this game.. c\'mon its awesome fun of non-stop killing.. i just assumed he was referring to the single player.. which is completely stupid.. its a game built for multiplayer.  And TS 2 is a multiplayer game foremost, but has also had a LOT of emphasis on the single player, making it as good as possible.. expect a Goldeneye like game.. he also obviously hasnt been keeping up..

"TS1 sucked, this massivley upgraded single and multi-player game will most likely be similar, so im not holding my breathe"

it would be like saying Unreal Tournament sucks because it has no real storyline..

OH well i just read on a magazine that this one will have story mode, because the last one didn\'t have story mode at all, it was just about shooting and killing all.  Oh well i am really looking foward to this one also, that\'s why i might trade the first one for this one!! :)

Well I just got TS1 platinum and there is a samll advert/leaflet about TS2 which says: -

  • A totally immersive single player and co-op story mode. Featuring a complex narrative, multiple episodes and superbly animated cutscenes
  • Bigger more detailed environments and special graphical effects for fast-paced action
  • Over 90 characters... etc etc
  • Enhanced combat effects, screen shake, dramatic lighting more character animation
  • Cinematic style environments with music inc. Wild West, Ancient Aztec, Notre Dame, Spy Thriller, Ganster Land etc
  • Eight console linkup play, yes EIGHT!!!!


Sounds good to me
And yes, friends do help in this genre of game, I didnt play TS single player much, except to unlock stuff for multiplayer
