What is the next big thig that will hit the ps2 (or any other consol for that matter).  I meen the hype around MGS2 was huge(well deserved, in my oppinion).

I am just curious if there is a "hype" going on at the moment that I have missed, becasue now I do not know any games that i feel really excited about. Is there another game like MGS2 out there that i just missed ?

Im really not excited about anything right no either.  I was Excited about Maximo, but i bought it and it was a real let down.

Maybe if the new Tomb Raider proves to be a hit then that\'ll be something to look foward to but other than that theres really nothing much to be looking forward to right now.

Hmmm, I am thinking Tomb Raider, Auto Modelista (sleeper hit) and probably Tekken 4.

In the near future, I think GT4, when first screens hit the net.

Run Like Hell? I forgot all about that game, along with The Getaway. Seriously, are they ever going to release either game?!?

Hey MM, I just reserved a copy of RE and was told that shipping date is 5/1 , so they would get it 5/2 (a date difference, as always), instead of the 4/30 date listed as shipping date everywhere. You heard anything like that or is it just EB?

I\'m also looking forward to Resident Evil on the Cube.  Did you read the latest EGM?  The preview sounds maddening!!  I love it already. :D

It\'s already been said but I too am looking forward to Resident Evil and Possibly the new Tomb Raider .
I also eagerly await the next round of Football games. Another that I would like to see is a Halflife 2 for the console.
Wait almost forgot, the thing for the PS2 and Xbox looks like it may be interesting too.

RPG fans have quite a few coming up:

Wild Arms 2
Xenosaga
Suikoden 3

But the most hyped one right now is Kingdom Hearts, the colaberation between Square and Disney. Check out the "Anybody looking forward to Kingdom hearts?" thread in the FFX section for more details.:)

Resident Evil when the NGC drops in price (seeing its the only game I really want, I figured it could wait and see if it does)

Nothing on the xbox.. still

PS2:

Many RPGs, mainly Xenosaga, Kingdom Hearts etc
Rpgs are the reason I bought a ps2 :)
