What can I say, it was good but I didnt\'t like the vampires, sure they were cool as hell but they weren\'t vampires worth ****, they were just braindead zombies all except one. The only thing they had incommon with vamps was that they drank blood.
The whole vampire conspiracy thing was so obvious from the beginning, and nobody trusted that annoying little sidekick Blade got, the fact he was always trying to point the finger at Whistler made it all to obvious.
And my biggest gripe, some of the fighting scenes were just laughable, especially when Blade was fighting the ninja vamps. The way it was kinda fast forwarded made me laugh, I relise it was done to make them look superhumanly fast but it just looked ridiculous.
And again on the zombie vamps, just how the hell did they stick to the walls?? I mean they just crawled on walls like some Spider Man wannabe\'s.
The movie itself was OK, entertaining and they had some nice suspense scenes. I\'m not gonna deny the overall coolness factor of the spider zombies and the brutal fighting scenes. And there was enough blood in it to satisfy my satistic desires.
But I still left out one thing, and one thing that REALLY got on my nerves.....the techno rap music blend. It works for the matrix and many other movies, but this is a vampire movie they should have played some heavy metal, preferably black metal to match the vampires. Ofcourse these are the complaints of a rocker, but still people usually put black metal and vampire (or atleast vampire wannabe\'s) in the same category.
