I\'m sorry, but where are you living?  Hopefully wherever you are, they have better games than just Tekken and DOA2, cuz in the states and in Japan, they\'ve got a lot of pretty good titles which I believe are a lot better than Tekken Tag or DOA2.

If you just purchased your Playstation 2, then Tekken Tag Tournament really shouldn\'t have been your first choice, in my opinion.  I think DOA2 is probably a more graphically pleasing game.  If tekken was something you really wanted, then Tekken 4 should come out later this year, and that\'s something worth buying.  Otherwise, get Virtua Fighter 4 or something like that for fighting purposes.

Otherwise, there\'s a bunch of other good games you might want to check out too before you buy DOA2.  Like Metal Gear Solid 2, or something of that nature.  Devils May Cry, sports games, Final Fantasy X, the list goes on.
blah blah blah, blah blah blah
Oh just shut up and quit your gripin\'

Thanks for your reply.

I live in Holland.Tekken was a platinum title so it was half price(Yes I confirm the stereotype that Dutch people are cheap).Anyway I never bought a Tekken title and this would have been a good intro since it has(almost) all the characters.I already have msg2 but I was wondering if doa2 was a good choice after Tekken.

P.S:I also want to buy SSX Tricky I hear that game owns!

Umm, I would wait for Tekken 4, but if you cant wait another 3 months, then get VF4.

Metal Gear, I have DOA2 and still play it to this day (Yes, I have MGS2, SH2, J&D, JB:AUF, SSX, GT3, GTA3, etc.)  The thing about that game that makes it so different to tekken is that the backgrounds are interactive with your caracter and the fighting is lightning fast.

I know, you can get it on platinum for a reasonably good price.  But as the others said, if you wait a while and pay more then you can get T4 or VF4.

I have TTT but is going to buy Dead or Alive 2 pretty soon because it now has became cheep. Tekken Tag Tournament is a really nice game and I think you should buy it if you want a fun party game with not so much deep in.

Glad to hear you bought Tekken Tag.  Practice up as that is one of the best fighters of all time.  However DOA2 on the other hand is kind of a preferance thing.  I personally loathe DOA2 because of its ultra fast moves coupled with its lamer reverse happy fighting style.  It really takes less skill to get into DOA2, but that in turn makes it more fun for people who dont want to learn a game or are just over having fun that haven\'t even seen the game before.  If you want to put some serious fun time learning and training to become good (like most fighting freaks love doing) then Virtua Fighter 4 would be a much better choice when it comes out over there in a little bit.
