Saw it on cinema yesterday :) wow, now this is 2,5 hours with full packed action. And it is good action. Only part I didnt like about it, was that it was based on a true story.... well in reality, it didnt go so well as it did in the movie.... it didnt go well at all :(

I didn’t like it.. It did not show the true side of the story.
Somalia’s act like retards, and the yanks always manage to die this heroic death.

If you wanna see war movies that shows the true side (how cruel real war is).. Look out for The Platoon, Full Metal Jacket and Apocalypse Now Redux.

I know this is kind of disgusting,but I know in the real conflict the somalia\'(sp)? fighters litterally used young children as shields and knealt behind them when firing at U.S. soldiers.Was this accuratlly represented in the movie?

No.. BHD is a gloryfied version of the war.
It doesn’t show when the US solders panic and shoot into a group of civilians either.

I didn\'t really like the movie either.  The action was ok, not great.  I didn\'t like the story though.  I know it\'s based on actual events, but as some of you have already said, it didn\'t tell the whole story.  There are way too many war movies coming out now anyway.  It\'s like they just started pumping them out after 9.11
