actually, thats quite untrue in this day in age, espescially if one can do alot of work themselves. I know a guy with about 13k in mods on his car, both visual and performance, but since he was able to do 80% of it himself, the cost was more like 6-7K.

Yes, both those cars look like ass.  I think its funny when someone takes an old car, like a 1990 accord, and puts a body kit like THAT on it... it doesnt eve match the car... Who ever owns that car (Bottom)  should have sunk that money into a newer model.  not that peice of shiznate!  and the top car.....well, haha, yeah....I really like the 2 liscence plates.... that wing is utterly rediculous...  they should be kicked in the nuts repeatedly and then punched in the face
