Yeah, Vid posted this a couple of months back, then someone posted a video of the boeing hitting the pentagon, from CNN. Old news, but a nice thought

In the video, you don\'t actually see the plane hitting the Pentagon.  I believe the cnn video is not conclusive.  It could be video of an explosive planted on the outside surface of the Pentagon, not an aircraft impact.  I\'m not convinced yet!!!!111

The fact is there were many, many witnesses.  I heard a 911 call from an off-duty pilot who identified (correctly), the plane as it passed by his window, and he could see the result of the crash seconds later.  Now, he didn\'t see the crash, but assuming you\'re right, where the heck does the enormous plane go, so that it dissapears (with all the people on board), and a truck explodes?

Right.  Other witnesses, and the videotape, say/show the plane stuck the GROUND in front of the pentagon, and at those speeds, and with thousands of pounds of kerosene on board, there isn\'t going to be much left of the plane.  This wasn\'t an attempted crash landing/ditching at 150 mph (those planes CAN fly a lot slower than they do when they land, you know), this was a smash landing at six or seven hundred mph.  The plane is obliterated, initialy by it\'s impact with the ground, then by it\'s own fuel which burned for quite a while.  

I would chalk up the lack of MORE serious damage to the pentagon as simply this.  It\'s a very old military building.  In the past, construction used more steel, more concrete, and thicker everything, and even so, the plane did a lot of damage, mostly from it\'s kerosene, rather than it\'s initial impact.   Had it struck the building itself, I\'m sure the damage would have been 20x worse.

Two questions..

1. FatalX, you say there was kerosene onboard. ?? WTF? Planes don\'t use kerosene for fuel. Why would it be onboard and in large enough quantity to cause a plane to simply vaporise.

2. Have they pulled any wreckage out of the pentagon? I mean.. we may not see it in clips and videos.. but there\'s gotta be remnants of the plane somewhere. When the two jets hit the WTC, tons of debris went flying. I believe they even found a engine from one of the jets about 6 blocks away on a streetcorner.

Not that I don\'t believe that it was a plane which crashed into the Pentagon.. but I\'m just curious.

Nothing about the US government would surprise me. The video that someone said was posted a while ago..well, that can easily been enhanced to show a plane.

Either way, I don\'t care since I already do not trust the US government. I as well don\'t understand the lack of wreckage in the pentagons case. They showed the wreckage from the one that crashed in the tree\'s in PA, same with the towers, but none from pentagon.

Why would the government do that anyway?
