It really is a shame that a original and quality game like Pikmin didn\'t gain true commercial success (it got plenty of critical success / praise). I can only hope Nintendo goes forward with a sequel , or at least give us some information towards the Pikmin as a franchise come E3.
I bought the game the same day I bought SSBM. I got home, tried out SSBM and was not impressed with the gameplay. So, I loaded up Pikmin and could not stop playing it. Eventually I beat it, but didn\'t get all the parts, so I went back and tried to get all the parts. Once I beat it that time, I went back
again to try and prefect my time / pikmin count and so on. Addictive and deep.
(P.S - Also further proof that a game doesn\'t need to supply us with tons of mature theme\'s (blood, sexual references) or a deep storyline , to still be fun.)
