God when did the good old US become a Communist country?  I have to say that pic was pretty damn funny, unfortunetly when god was handing out senses of humor SOME people thought he said who wants to have a giant stick shoved up their ass.

I just wish some people would learn to laugh at things, even tasteless things(which this was not), when they know good and well no harm was meant.

I didn\'t get to see the post, but mm does have a point about the knowing someone that has been molested, the thing is that the joke was about the priests not about the one being molested, then its ok, if you were making fun of someone who was molested  then it = untasteful.

on another note..ppl use the term ricer so often or rice. Why should those threads be deleted and locked as well?

Nothing but hypocrisy IMO.

And before anyone says it, just terms ppl use right? Either way, if one can find wrong with my priest post, then all other threads that even mention any example I have used need to be deleted as well. What\'s right is right.

One thing I learned at a young age, often from visiting places like CJ.com (if you don\'t know what that is, I won\'t tell ya... cause I don\'t want to corrupt people), is that I can tolerate almost any viewpoint or joke, as long as it isn\'t based on ignorance or hatred.  Sure, I might not find some of the stuff there particularily funny.  Some of it may even offend me.  Am I going to make a stink?  No.  I don\'t mind discussing offensive issues, but again, people must be willing to try to see the other side of the viewpoint, or I won\'t waste my time.

This isn\'t free speech, but rather free info.  If you don\'t like it, don\'t look at it.  Everyone old/mature enough should have access to all the information they want, within legal reason, because life is much easier if you let people follow the rule of choosing their own \'limits\'.  Of course, then you have to have everone follow the other rule "Your rights end where another persons begin...." (and if you think about that second rule, if the whole world followed it, we would be a utopian society, free to do almost anything).

At the same time, I think that posting mature items on completely accessible internet sites is not defencible.  Any child who isn\'t mature enough to understand or see a mature themed issue or picture shouldn\'t be able to find it on a board like this.  (Yeah, yeah... my Laetita post.... but that\'s fashion , ok, ok, my bad)
