its the study of the killing of kittens through the use of utrasound generated by masturbation ! ;)

Its realy the use of Ultrasound to brakedown harmful pollutants into less "harmful" products.

In this project I worked around the 43.6 kHz range witha 20 Watts of power through a ultrasonic transducer to brakedown Phenanthrene into smaller chain Hydrocarbons.


0.3 ppm Phenanthrene present within 500ml of Deioised water

it was then treated to a 2 hour exposure to 43.6 kHz range witha 20 Watts of power through a ultrasonic transducer.


in fact some of the test runs i used were.......

Power/ Freq / Temp/ Light levels
20W/43.6kHz/20 Degrees Celsius/Light
20W/43.6kHz/30 Degrees Celsius/Light
20W/43.6kHz/30 Degrees Celsius/Dark
60W/43.6kHz/30 Degrees Celsius/Light
[/b]

this was then anaylsed through the use of a HPLC ( High Performance Liquid Chromatography )and a fluorescence spectrometre
