I have to thank you, because this is going to be my new sig.  Anytime I feel blue I can go and look at this and it will cheer me up.

Now as for you benching 189lbs, when you hit the three hundred area, then you can share your bench max, but when you\'re counting single plates(the 9 in 189 means you\'re counting 1pound plates), you better keep your mouth shut.  (but then again if this is ps2_girl I\'m still not impressed, because for someone with as much facial hair as you, I expect more)

As for a virus, you know what I\'ll even give you my IP if you want, and you can just sit at your computer, furrow your little brow and think to yourself "what the hell is telnet?"
