It\'s the bloody public beach..  There isn\'t any laws preventing people from filming on a public beach. As SOON as she stepped onto the beach she lost all rights of privacy. That my little friends.. is called law.

I\'m not saying it\'s right.. It\'s just not against the law.
If she doesn\'t want people to film her. Then go to a private beach.
If you were famous. you would know going to a public beach your bound to be filmed in some sort of way. ONLY A MORON would think otherwise.

If I were Britney Spears (may I never have to say that again) I would go back to the beach next chance I got, no problem.  Only this time I\'d bring my own videocamera with me.  He starts filming, I setup the tripod, tape him taping me, and smugly go about getting my tan without ever saying a word.

Then I couldn\'t be angry because I\'d be doing something cooler than him, hehe.
