Addicted to gambling

I think I may be addicted to gambling. My mother and father use to gamble. My brothers are big time gamblers. I just don\'t know why I can\'t I stop.

Today when I got out of my engliSH class I went back to the dorms to find a game of cards going on, and decided to join. I started off winning but go deeper and deeper into the whole. I only had $150bucks on me, but I thought noway I can lose that much.

Well a few more hands down and I had lost 50bucks. Then when more players entered the game I lost more. I should have stopped, but for some reason I just couldn\'t. I ended up losing 60$ bucks to one guy and the other $90 spread around.

I have 50 bucks in reserve and I was tempted to go back to my room and get that. I don\'t think I have a gambling problem becuase I don\'t hardly ever gamble it\'s just when I do I just can\'t stop.

Well, if it makes ya feel any better, a whole lota people are addicted to gambling. In fact, it\'s becoming a trend. "All of us cool people gamble... so why not you?"

Well I don\'t think I am addicted it\'s just when I am playing I just can\'t stop. I should have quit when I was only down 20 but I am so stupid.

You are normal.  That is what\'s bad about gambling.  That is why the house always wins.

Like when you are playing black jack.  Say you are playing 5 dollar hands.  Well say you get up by 20 bucks.  Instead of walking away you say to yourself, "20 bucks ain\'t crap" so you stay.  Then you lose that along with more on top of that.  

But it\'s fun.  Luckily you are rich and you can afford 150.

Maybe you can try leaving the house with only 5 dollars in your pocket.  The rest of your money, put into a savings account so that\'s like hands off money.  Pretend that the money in the bank is no longer your\'s.

I got better things to do with 150 dollars man! But if your gonna waste money, you might want to discipline yourself a bit more and stick to gambling with less money in your pockets.

yeah u aint addicted, addicted is whenyou are like i gotta go to the arcade and gamble, like you think about it, when you are at work, when you get up etc




but seriously, if you are worried get it sorted now, rather than later, i used to work in a arcade, and soe peeps were soooooo addicted, like one time a bloke spent a whole day on 1 machine, just kept putting money init all da,wouldnt stop cos he was scared that someone else may win..........he was on it for like 9am till 1am!!!!! and he was just like 19........it can really mess some peep up

I used to be a Slot Supervisor at Californias biggest casino, and I would watch people put thousands of dollars in the machines.  They would gamble so much they would pass out after 3-4day gamble binges.  Also had people who would $hit themselves due to being so involved in gambling and forgetting to go to the bathroom.

The thing that used to kill me was people who would be up 4-5 thousand, but they\'d just put it all back into the machine, instead of walking away.
