Yep, thats right, its going to retail at \'just under £130\', which is great news, well, if you are buying one. I smell a PS2 price drop in the air..... Maybe we\'ll will soon see a game price war, that would be nice.

I don\'t think PS2 will drop in price. Its outselling in the other countries where its faced both X-Box and Gamecube so I think it will here too. If it does theres no need for them to lower the price.

they could sell xbox\'s for $99 AND include a coupon for a free sexual favor and PS2 still would outsell it

Depends if the sexual favour is from Luke or not I suppose. Anyway, I\'ve heard nothin about a PS2 drop, but there is no way it will go as cheap as £99, not for at least another year.

No it doesn\'t ,here is what i ordered -> Gamecube Console (black),mem card,extra controller and super smash bros melee summing up to a total of:

374€ so it\'s not really that cheap considering that\'s pretty much what everyone gets when buying a new console :eek:

Yeah the frikkin controller is 47€ games are about 68€ average. Mem card was 27€ or something, oh and i forgot the place where i pre-ordered it had the gamecube for 225€ but they said the price will be deducted when they get the official price which is 199€ (guess they don\'t update much).So the price will be 350€ or something but 150€ for those listed above is still alot. Btw how much are the gc games in the states?

MSRP on new games is in between $49.99 and $52.99..

Some older games can be had for $25-30.
