Why wait for something that may infact never eventuate? Get a pS2 for the present being then wait for whatever comes next.

i have just bought a ps2 then i heard about ps3, sony just rip you off left, right, and centre

my sources tell m that the ps3 is out next christmas.i do own a ps2 why would i be on this site if i never? coe on poeple think about

i saved up my money for about 6 months for a ps2 and then my mate saidps3 was coming out i a gutted

but now that i heard of you super computer nerds i feel alrite

sony still rip you off you cant use any thing offthe ps1 e.g. multitap(mind my spelling), memory cards even some of the gae dont work

as opposed to nintendo letting you play snes games on their 64.. and using the snes controllers for Goldeneye was GREAT..

Man 1st off all whats with the super nerds thing ??

If you really feel this way why are your posting on a game forum

2nd, 90% of PS1 games work on the PS2, and PS1 mem cards work with PS1 games

3rd no other machine has ever offered backwards compatibility, so Sony is a champion here

4th... If you want the real facts get them from credible sources not morons workng at the local gamestore or your super nerd friends

5th Sony does not rip you off, but if you feel that way stand up for yourself and boycott Sony. Or better yet compare SOny to the other consoles and tell me how they rip you off. Be very detailed in your knoledge
