Personally I think consoles will always hold the edge over PC gaming simply because it is more fun to lay back on your sofa and play in front of a big screen TV then it is to sit at your computer desk looking at a 17" monitor. Who cares if the games run better on the computer - it just isnt as relaxing and fun. I stare at a computer all day at work - I dont want to stare at one at home.

I don\'t see why anyone would get mad over what some else says about a console. It\'s not like there opinions are taken highly by any console maker, or has any effect on the gaming community.

its just very distracting

anyone whos played rallisport must have noticed that they used bumpmapping on the ground around YOUR car and blurred out the rest of the track in front of you

just look at that pic and youll see

Seven and Fastson,the pics you posted are replay with the exception of the second...and replay look better...you know...
GT3 is the best racing game ever(my opinion) and sure one of the best game for PS2...it does not need your defence,above all if it comes from 2 biased members like you...

GT3 is not perfect graphically...low res textures,shimmering and even a little pop-up...but who does care...

About RR5,it looks like crap...don\'t be pathetic....

mm,I know your thread is a joke:)...PC and Console gaming are too different to be compared...there\'s not a real winner...though I prefer 10x console gaming!

Nah.. I posted a ingame shot (the first one).. But it was taken via AV Out (remember Framebuffer > AV Out)

I tried to find ingame screens taken via the framebuffer but I didnt find any..

Replay looks better? Yes it uses different angles that you dont see while racing.. Its the same car models, the same backgrounds as ingame.

You used to be pro-PS2.. Then all of a sudden you turned 180 degrees and start to bash PS2 in almost every thread. Yet you go on and pretend to be unbiased.

...I like XBox,GCN and even PS2...but you think I bash it when I say it\'s technically inferior to both GCN and XBox....
