I want to buy some PS1 games cheap. Where should I go?

I wanted to pick up some old titles I used to have for PS1:
Carnage Heart
Vandal Hearts
Vandal Hearts 2

But I don\'t want to buy used.  Where is the best, cheapest place with a reliable service record?

I\'ve never trusted online auctions.  I know the usual places: ebgames, gamestop, ncsx, and buyrite(the one Ryu hates) but I didn\'t know if any of you guys had some unknown places to buy online or not.

when you buy from ebay, just buy from someone with positive feeback

at done almost 140 transactions [buying and selling] and one had one problem
