No it isnt, I know that it is a cert for GameCube release, not sure about the xbox though.

Will it ever come to america  though, I am tired of the FIFA series and everyone raves about it, and it\'s not fair that Americans can\'t get a good soccer/football game.

halo is a very good console, nothing more

its too shallow for my tastes

plus after i beat  it on legendary, its been collecting dust
i cant even sell it on ebay for a decent buck
