I recently was at the Disney store and I saw this Tigger bubble blower.  I don\'t know if they have Winnie though.  If you have an FAO Schwartz, they\'ve got plenty of large stuffed animals there.  If you can\'t find one that\'s holding a basket, buy one and attach it on the doll somehow.  And no one can ever go wrong with gift certificates.  :)

Dude, by her a dildo.  It is awesome.  You could sit back and watch her take care of action when you are all tired and then demand a hummer.

Oh wait, she\'s your sister...

Well, why don\'t you buy her one and then give us all her number.

OK, That was a joke.

Better yet, buy her a stuffed animal and a dildo, if she doesn\'t like the animal she can go home and fsck herself :D

FAO Schwartz is a big named store.  Found in NY and SF.  They\'re basically the competitor of Toys R Us.  You might want to see if they have a website too.  I\'m pretty sure that there are Winnie the Pooh grad-theme stuff.  I have a photo frame of with Winnie in a graduation gown!  I think they have those small stuffed Winnie\'s with the year somewhere on the doll.  That\'d be so cute.  You might want to get a wicker (sp?) basket and fill it up with Winnie-themed-graduation-themed stuff!

As for gift certificates, you can get them from practically anywhere.  Like before, Build-a-Bear has certificates.  If you want to go with Bath and Body...I\'m sure they have certificates too.  Personally if I were to get Bath and Body stuff, I\'d go with the candles, lip balms, lotions, bath salts and not soaps and perfumes.  Maybe I\'m over analyzing, but when I get Bath and Body stuff that are for cleaning purposes it\'s like the person who gave them to me say that I smell.  However like I said, I\'m probably overanalyzing.
Anyway, another place you can get gift certificates from is, of course, the Disney store.  If she\'s planning on moving out, you can try Ikea or other furniture stores.  If you have some theatres around and she\'s into theatrical stuff you can get her tickets to that.
Another gift certificate idea is to make your own.  Like, lets say that she wants a stuffed animal.  YOu can make a fake dollar thing that says, "Redemable (sp?) for a stuffed animal of your choice at the store of your choice."  Put some credit amount on the piece of paper.  That way she can choose what she likes at whatever store.  It would be less restricting.

That\'s all I can think of right now.  Hope that helps (or makes sense!).

whoa, thanks, thats a lot of info.  i got this talking winnie the pooh for her from the disney store cause i know that she doesn\'t have one that talks.  i also bought a gift basket from bath and body works, its a melon something theme.  now i just need a goo card(plenty of hallmarks around), and the gift certificate.  i might get her an old navy gift certificate, since she likes to shop there a lot(she calls them, "the poor man\'s gap store").  thanks for the suggestions, i didn\'t have time to build a bear or anything, so i\'ll consider that for another occasion.

Well Pooh is great and all, but I would definitely suggest the dildo thing as well.  I think she\'d get far more use out of it than a stuffed animal.
