MS to lower the price in japan soon too?

Could this pose a problem for MS with the law?

MS will avoid antidumping accusations as long as they don\'t price their console at a level injurious to the competition and as long as they don\'t treat the home market differently. Arguably, they could be on shaky ground if they reduce the price of the xbox in Japan still further.

Wouldn\'t help anyway...there isn\'t anything to set it apart from PS2 at the moment to really intice Japan into getting another console.

BTW, a lower price in Japan is not going to help.

Halo, a FPS for goodness sake, has been in the daily top ten for 4 days now. The Japanese are starved, now what MS has to do is announce their buyout of Enix and show DQ8 and everything is gravy for them for the next 5 years.

Well, I doubt even halo sold 40k,
it was promptly beat out by the month old Kindom Hearts less then 3 days after launch..

For a FPS in Japan, even making the top ten is a big accomplishment, especially considering that there\'s only 200k or so Xboxes sold in Japan. Proportionally, this is a big success.
