Control - exactly like PSX RE. Trouble is, the stick is akward for this type of movement (WHY DID THEY NOT IMPLIMENT "Devil May Cry" CONTROLS???) and the D-pad is sooooo tiny! I wish I had the PS2 conrtoller instead.
Graphics - awesome. You\'re missing out. Lighting is dramatic and this time the game casts long realistic shadows. Fluid movement, although not perfect. They still sometimes look robotic but quite an improvement. It\'s nothing like ICO\'s realism though but not bad.
Sound - Lightning will strike fear into newbie gamer\'s hearts in this game. The creep factor is there for newbies but if your an RE vet, you won\'t be that scared. Voice overs aren\'t as campy like the original.
I\'m playing the hard difficulty or "Mountain climb" as opposed to "Hiking Trail" or easy level. Zombies take more lead to kill - 8 bullets! There\'s an auto aim feature with a nice touch. When I heard a moan, I had had Jill aim and she turned around and aimed the other way, indicating there was a zombie which I could not see. You can switch target using the L button.
So far so good. I need to go out and get a better controller. The D-pad works better than the stick but the D-pad is rediculously tiny and placed in an awkward position on the controller.
