Not the very first showing...

A friend of mine actually won tickets to a sneek preview of the movie.  He\'s there right now.

As for me, I have tickets purchased for the 1:50 PM showing tomorrow.  That\'s the earliest showing I could make.

you\'re lucky, i went to watch spiderman last monday at the 1:15pm show, and the theater was packed.  the only seats me and my friends could find were in front of this lady with 3 children.  needless to say, she couldn\'t control them, they were yelling and smacking me and friends in the head from behind and kicking the seats.  we got pissed and told that lady to control her children, and guess what, she had the nerve to tell us, "my your own business!".  we told her if her children hit us again, we were going to slap them ourselves.  they didn\'t hit us again, but they were still yelling and crying and whining.  KEEP YOUR CHILDREN AT HOME!!!  or at least control them.  sorry for the ranting, just got worked up.

Most of the time, I don\'t find that cheering, laughing, etc annoying.  It\'s just part of the atmosphere, and I kind of like it.  Sometimes, it can get kinda annoying though, if you choose to sit around the wrong people.  When I saw Spiderman, I was sitting in front of two little kids, probably about 8 years old.  Everytime there was any mention of love, they\'d make a comment.  Anytime there was kissing on screen, for example, they\'d go "That\'s so gross!  I\'d never do that!  Isn\'t that gross dad?"  God, I wanted to slap em...

yea, clapping and cheering isn\'t that bad(though i still hate excessive clapping and cheering), but i really hate when people talk and kick your seat from behind, or someone in front of you is moving around a lot, and all you can see is this person\'s head swaying around.  i always try to get to the theater early, to get a good seat, but you can\'t really do much about the people sitting around you.

You guys who trash the movie (Toxical, Vapor Snake amongst others), please do me a favor. Go see the movie before you diss it. Otherwise stop making silly assumptions. If you don\'t like the movie AFTER you\'ve seen it; fine - but until then zip it.

And for the 1000th time: Jar Jar Binks only got a few minutes of screentime, so quit the b*tching. This is coming from someone who has actually seen the movie.

Many reviewers out there hated it, but I don\'t share their opinions.  I saw it and think it rocked.

Anyone who cheers, claps, etc in a movie theater is a total freaking idiot!!!!

You clap to make the performers feel better.  You egg them on.  You make them happy.

IT\'S A FREAKING MOVIE!!!!  It ain\'t getting any better by clapping.

So I say this one more time...

Racer, Stop Clapping!!!

Please just shut up.  Just shut up, alright?

What is wrong with getting into a film and cheering when great things happen?  Why are people idiots if they do that?  At least they actually don\'t sit there stone faced through the whole performance and just bash everything afterwards as if they could do something better in ten seconds.  I suppose you don\'t laugh when you watch comedy movies either seeing as how if someone outwardly expresses their emotion is a freaking idiot to begin with, right?
