Virus Help!
« on: May 20, 2002, 05:39:54 AM »
Hello,
I\'m hoping you will not post this message.

I need your help - I have been receiving email viruses daily from these 2 email addresses:
richie@psx2central.com, bjorn@psx2central.com

I see that the owners of those addresses are listed as the owners of the PlayStation2 site. I have tried to reach them about updating their virus software and scanning their computers for viruses but my emails do not go through to them.

Can you please contact those people some how and let them know they are infected with some sort of email virus?

Your help contacting them would be very much appreciated!!

Thanks,
Darcy

ummmm,

there\'s 3 people that have an @psx2central.com email addresses

mm@psx2central.com is the third

i find it very odd you would get "email viri" from those two addresses and not the third

which virus specifically is it?

in the meantime, just filter out any email from those two addresses

it could be a virus that automatically sends itself to all people in the addressbook. It\'s not uncommon...
