wow... looks.. creepy... I always wanted to check out the first 2 parts.. anyone play those? and do they give any reason to anticipate the 3rd part?
They both play like point and click games. You could use that PS1 mouse, but didn\'t really need to. The games were originally done by, um, Sunsoft I believe. After they went under, good \'ol Capcom picked up the rights and seem to be doning an excellent job.
Clock Tower had you playing the role of several ordinary (meaning, not marines or swat guys) as they are chased by a tiny little maniac named Scissor Man, so named because his trademark weapon was a huge pair of scissors. As if he wasn\'t enough, you also run into black magic, ghosts, and even the undead. The game is seriously underated; trust me,it\'s VERY scary. I\'ve played it so much that it won\'t anymore, but newbies shouldn\'t worry. It\'s great, I\'d recommend going out and renting it.
Clock Tower 2 was not as good as the first. I never beat it, but it still had a sense of tension that always played with your mind. What really hurt this game was that a lot of times you will wander for ever and ever trying to figure out how to advance, and then when you found out, you KNOW you had tried that like a hundred times already, so WTF?
Both games have high replay value, as their are multiple paths and endings. BTW, can everyone see my new avatar?
