Sega GT 2002 on Xbox is on display at E3 and never looked or played better. The title most resemble Sony\'s own Gran Turismo, but smoothed out. The game is locked at 60 fps with very good car detail and adequate background detail. Car reflections didn\'t look to be in real-time.I took a whirl in the 2001 RX-7 and was instantly taken back by how well the car controlled. The steering and braking were realistic, yet not unforgiving. The Xbox rumbling also does a very nice job in simulating the vibrations found in the car. At every gear shift, the controller stops vibrating for a second, then starts up again in a low rumble. Next, I used the NSX, and again, while it controlled differently (couldn\'t turn as well), the acceleration and braking through turns was as smooth as butter. WOW has definitely taken the time out to refine every bit of real driving detail in the game, and it shows.Sega GT 2002 is due out this Fall on Xbox.
Originally posted by mm yeah, since my eyes have had time to heal from playing halo, 60 fps seems to niceshadows dont mean much to me anyways, i always turn them off on PC games when i have the choice

Originally posted by GmanJoe Sega is still not very wise to release it on PS2. GT4 won\'t be out for another 2 years (without counting the delays) so there\'s no fear of competition. Toca? Maybe. CMR3? mainly in Europe. Most Americans don\'t know much about racing where it requires right turns and acceleration and deceleration. With 30 million PS2 owners in the world, they could fill in the GT4 craving with this game and make a killing! Does Sega not like money or something?
