Can\'t you report the seller to Ebay. They should make things rite. Or how did you pay. You can always denny payment if you used a credit card.

Just go here and search for the term "fraud."

Unfortunately, the item needs to be worth at least $25 for you to be eligible for a refund from Ebay.  But you can still try to get the person in a whole lot of trouble by filing a fraud complaint.

Consider getting a Paypal account and ONLY bid on something when the owner has at least +20 with no negatives.  You only lost $20, not a big deal.  Yours truly lost $180 for a Gamecube package that was never sent.

Yeah its no big deal, But this person had over 700 positive feedbacks then all of a sudden ripped off like 60 people all at once, from cameras, computers, game systems.. Thousands worth.. Now she\'s suspended frm ebay..Oh well just got me 2 memory cards for 12.00 each :)

Actually, you have to be carefull, sometimes people have their passwords hacked/stolen.

Always:
-Try and use Paypal and a credit card, COD, or online escrow (so you can reverse the charges later - a must for over $50).
-Check the feedback carefully.  Is \'CDman\' with 1500 positive cd sales suddenly selling 50 $5000 TVs?
-Contact the person, because fly-by-night scammers don\'t really care enough to reply for small potatoes.
-Try to avoid using ebay for the small stuff you might be able to get elsewhere, bestbuy.com for instance, for a memcard....
