your avatar makes my computer freeze.:confused:

I dont expect you to change it or anything, infact you are probably enjoying this:D ..your avatar has special powers over my computer....err...wait, no, no my computer is just a piece of ****.

But seriously, it makes it slow down and freeze often, i find myslef scrolling past your posts really fast so it wont happpen...now i cant enjoy your witty responses:p

dont change your avatar because of this, basically i just wanna know if anyone else has the same problem.

o yea..what browser are you using kihmari? Also how do ya know its mine? No one has caused me trouble with avatars in here yet. I plan on changing it rather soon anyway :)

Ummmm......Ie ver 5 i think.  I know its yours becuase it only happens when your avatar is on the screen but when i scroll down the slowdown stops.  No big problem tho:)

lol, i have em with both, but since souly hasnt been around much lately i didn\'t mention him.:)

I suppose it only happens with the animated avatars.....but it doesnt with Bobby\'s

Upgrade to IE6.  If you\'re running Windows Me, upgrade to Windows 2000 or XP.

nope, ive tried that.....not because of the avatar thing just becuase i wanted to upgrade, but the avatar problem remained and i had several other problems so i went back to IE5.  thanks for the advice anyway tho.:)

You\'re welcome. :)

Another suggestion:  Stop animations from playing when you download a webpage.  Open IE, go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, and look under the Multimedia header.  Remove the check from the box next to \'Play Animations.\'

Something else I\'d suggest:  Emptying the cache and the Temp folders.

Go download Opera6, that browers is the best, IMO.  I think IE sucks... it freezes so much when visiting websites and stuff.

Im on BB, i dont think the slow down has to do with my connection but with my actual computer\'s power.
