Caddyshack and Happy Gilmore is a tough call for me.  I had to go with Caddyshack though just based on the number of quotable lines in it.

Although:
Bad golfer dude (Don\'t remember name): "I eat shizit like you for breakfast"
Happy: "You eat shizit for breakfast?"

Easy one the fight seen between Bob Barker and Happy when Bob says "Ill be your Bitc|-|" was a classic..!

Happy Gilmore is the Caddyshack of my generation, but if your old like some of the peoples on the board then caddyshacks gonna get the nod.
