Yea I too lazy to search for it. Plus I figured we have a few gambling spirits in here. Mi had $50 on War Emblem.

some horse that was a 70-1 long shot won....and NO I didn\'t bet on him, usually I put 10bucks on the long shot, but not this time, f8ck no, why would I want that.....:(.....

Yea I know a guy that made $4500 on that race.  He made one bet, $40 on that horse to win and place.  Cha-ching.

So..lemme get this straight....If I had placed $10 on Sarava (the 70-1 odds), that would win me $700?

I don\'t gamble....so I have no idea what these "odds" mean. Then I get more confused by the minus and positive numbers I see on some bets. :confused:

something like that, the odds change depending on where you say the horse will come in, win, place or show.  Win=first place=top2 show=top 3.  I\'m not completly sure of all the little nuences.
