That\'s correct. For a while, a lot of the charges against him were dropped....coz none could stick. Thanks to our loop holes in the judicial system. If it hadn\'t been for Tony "the bull" Gravano\'s (sp?) testimony, he\'d probably never had been charged. The Bull squeeled coz he heard he was gonna be "whacked", per Gotti\'s orders.
