I\'ve just bought a dvd and it\'s black and white! arrrggghh! help me please!

I just bought this dvd and when I tried to play it on my PS2 it keeps playing in black and white.Do I need a scart cable? I thought it would be ok as it\'s a PAL dvd but is it cause it\'s a WWE Wrestling DVD is it cause it\'s american and regional...it says all regions...should I buy the region x disk, a scart cable or both? cause the scart in the back of the PS2 which comes with it obviously is a PAL one...can anybody help me please?

Are your PS2 a NTSC PS2?

If you are from Europe, then you have a PAL Console.
If you want to playback a NTSC DVD then you need a RGB Cable (4-5 Euro) !!!

ya you have to make sure that your ps2 is connected directly to your tv, and not through your vcr.  this is done as a piracy precaution.
