Take a look at "Little Hercules"

Be sure to click on "The Athlete" on the left.  This seems so wrong in so many ways.  The poor kid\'s only 10.  He probably has almost no time to really be a kid.  I guess I could be wrong - maybe he\'s having the time of his life, but I find it hard to believe.  I suppose it beats being 10 and 200 lbs, I dunno.  Those abs look soooo weird.  I\'m afraid of what he\'ll be like in 15 years or so.  Mentally, that is.

The pics on the site look odd to me, like they\'re photoshopped or something, but I\'m no expert.  There are a few short mpegs also.

I don\'t see how any guy can do the splits, or a girl for that matter. Everytime i see it done it bothers me. Maybe because I\'m not that flexible.

They\'re probably huge. I don\'t see why people would want to get that big. I mean, i can see getting built..but not the point where your in one of those contests where a bunch of men pose in speedoes to see who is the most muscular (i forgot what that contest was called). Then women that have veins and decent size muscles - bad.

With that type of physique, I don\'t think that\'s healthy for a kid.  Sure, he eats fruits, veggies, but sport forumula?  Come on!  I wouldn\'t give a kid sport formula!  Somewhere along the line, he\'s going to die of a heart attack at the age of 25 while lifting a heavy barbell.
