So tell me the all mighty TheOmen who has the metabolism of superman and the grace of being so well fit.. I took nutrition and while I wouldnt recomend living off of slimfast, 220 cals is basically very low for a meal 220 X 3 = 660, well below a normal day of eating for most, like lets say your 140 your bmr to maintain 140 pounds would be 1400 cals a day bascially.

I would never recommend only having 3 slim fasts for your entire caloric intake.  Also they say that you could have 2 and a sencible dinner.  1st problem with that diet, you\'re only taking 660 cal\'s, meaning your metabolism is going to slow down to conserve, because it thinks you\'re straving due to the meager cal intake.  Secondly, if you say need 1400 cals for basic maintness, you should only lower it to 900-1000 at most.  And the best way to do that is stretch your meals into 6 meals instead of 3.

So for a meal plan here we go off the top of my head;

Breakfast-Cornflakes w/ skim milk=120cals
brunch- fat free yogurt=80 cals
lunch-tuna sandwhich made with low fat mayo=100 cals
snack-canned soup=50cals
dinner=chicken parmesanna without mozzerla, over vermaceli=300cals
desert=pudding made with skim milk=100 cals

750 cals total, and in there you take in some juice for vitamins, so say 2 8ounce glasses for 200 cals, that brings you to 950.

Hey not to bad theomen I think your calculations are a little off like the tuna sandwich are you making it on bread? cause reg bread has 80 cals for 1 slice and light is 80 for 2 slices and you would have to use non-fat mayo to even get close to making it low the sandiwches are the hardest part how do I know this well lets just say Im finally making myself not a Fat A$$ Im 5\' 10" and started off at 274 tried slim fast and as It worked I had decided it wasnt long term and I needed to Change my life so just switched my low caloric diet and ate better I feal great I weigh 238 now after 6 months and still going strong.

yeah my tuna sandwich was a bit off, it would have been about 140 with deli rye or stone ground wheat.

and when I put low fat, I meant no fat mayo (10 cals per serving)
