In my block today, I saw this kid riding on my bike that was stolen about a year ago !!(it was stolen from my backyard) The bike is exactly the same as mine. Have same kind of rim/color/and even have the sticker I put in it!! the kid was like some type of gang or something, all other kids were riding on something that apppear to be about 50 bucks. The bike just stand out because I brought it for my BMX Flatland and cost about 400 bucks. I\'m pretty sure that most kid around 10 cannot afford it here. The kid know as I was looking at him like mad.

sigh...I know it\'s mine, but there\'s nothing I can do about it. I\'m not asking for much, but at least put the bike in good hands.

Steal it back. What\'s he gonna do, call the cops? If you have the receipt and serial numbers, you should have no problem winning a court battle. Actually, with that info, there wouldn\'t even be a court battle.

Receipt and serial number are long gone. That\'s why I dont\' know if stealing it back will be a good option.:surprised

jump him, I mean he\'s 10 years old. I would hope that you could kick a 10 year olds ass. If he\'s got friends, then get your friends, and have a good old fashion brawl.

i would just ask a lot of questions to him about the bike. make him nervous and he will probably spill the beans on if its his or not.

well ask him about the bike, and then if he cops an attitude, then you gotta intimidate the kid, threaten his life, threaten his parents, tell him if he doesn\'t give you the bike you\'ll rape him.

Just ask him about the bike. 10 year olds don\'t keep their cool for very long. He\'ll confess or make a mistake. I mean your 20, you better not get your ass kicked by a 10 year old.
