You should definitely do something quasi-evil to the little shit.  If he learns he can get away with this stuff at 10 years of age, imagine what he\'ll be like when he\'s 18.  Just think of it as doing society a favor.  

A broomstick in the spokes is effective - and worth a couple bent spokes, in my opinion.
