So what happens if your carring someone to a car to frisk them.. and then the make there legs go LIMP??? would they hit the car hard or softly like a feather and what would you do if you were standing behind a handcuffed person and they reched back and grabed your crotch?? I dunno about you but Im taking a swing what we saw on the video was horrifing to watch but was it the whole story? Everybody is so quick to jump to make something racisit.

Ask Fayded we are having the same problem here in AZ two people start fires a White Woman who states she was lost for 3 days and started the fire to get a news helicopters attention, and an Indian man who started a fire and it got put out, went back to the same place later in the day and started the fire again (wich ended up consuming over 350,000 acres of forest land) then went someplace for a while and stated to someone I have to go home cause Im a contract firefighter and they will be calling me soon to put out a fire and I need the money.. Then a tribal Leader goes on the news and says I hope the indian man gets the same treatment because remeber the other fire was started by a white woman... GRRRRRR that made me so freaking mad.. I dont care if hes black white or indian what he did was ARSON the womans only crime was being an IDIOT...!!!! Why is it everyone first instict to pull the race card? Because it works....

The families lawyer stated that a cop told the father"shut-up or your going to get yer ass beat like your son nigger."

*EDIT* Pulling race cards or not..NO ONE deserves that. I could see if he was resisting, but the cops were in control of the situation. I really doubt that kid grabbed at the officers crotch. Ever been in handcuffs before? It\'s not easy to move, especially as tight as they put them on. Besides, why would he do that? Also..as far as legs going limp..the kid was lifted UP..then slammed DOWN on the hood.

They couldnt have been that tight if it was easy for you to move your arms and hands around comfortably. I don\'t know..wasn\'t there.

Do tell, where do I stand on cops?

Sure knowing the complete story is always a great idea. No matter what though, nothing he could have possibly done to get arrested warrants what happend to him while cuffed. The cops had the situation under control. Even a fellow officer saw one of his own were out of control and restrained the guy from hitting the kid again. Even he knew that was too much.

"Most cops are ****s..specially in the large cities and the small towns. The ones in the small towns go on power trips and the ones in large ones are just crooked I respect cops for what they do, b/c it certainly isnt easy, but even when one gives a cop the utmost respect, they can/will still be ****s for no reason Just b/c cops have to deal with alot of scum, gives them no excuse to behave as poorly as alot of them do. If they dont like it, they shouldnt have become cops in the first place."

That pretty muched summed it up and that was pretty much and exact quote but, Im also saying that they were HUmans before they were cops and sometimes instict takes the better of you..

Yup..my words..BUT..that doesnt sum up my feelings. Well, it does..but it doesn\'t if you know what I mean. You could have picked paragraph t quote me since you did so.

So I be clearer.
Irespect good..hate the bad ones..most seem to be bad. Unfortunate for the good.

Besides..my standing on cops has little to do with the thread and nothing to do with the apparent police brutality.

Human or not, if they can\'t control those emotions on the job, they shouldn\'t be doing it. Do I have the right to hit you or anyone else in the face if Im having a bad day and can\'t control myself?

I didn\'t think so :)

Ugg, that was just greusome.  Why can\'t they show that kind of crap on Cops.

That really is a shame.  Assholes like that give all the good cops out there a really bad name.  People who just use it as a power trip like that are worse than the criminals they\'re hunting down and doing that shit to.  Makes me sick.

i have to say of the VERY little of the video that I\'ve seen it looks to be clear cut case of brutality.  I don\'t know what he was being arrested for, or how he was first aprehended, but it could be a case of "chase anxiety", where the officers body becomes excited during a chase, triggers the flight or fight responce, and they temporarily lose their senses.

As for the testicle grabbing, and resistense....this is pretty weak.  with the number of officers their, and suspect in cuffs it was basicaly a code 4.  Deffinetly no way for him to escape, or endanger anyone in vacinity, thus no reason to use violence to subdue the suspect.

I didn\'t read any of the replies.. But didn\'t the cops lawyer say the kid grabbed his crotch or some chit like that? Oh well, who cares, even though he did do that, he shouldn\'t have slammed him.
